Our company is a Management & Executive Search consulting firm, which focuses on HR services, providing senior executive search to identify effective senior managers & executives for our clients. However, we also offer a range of transition management/outplacement programmes and leadership development workshops, as well as mentoring & coaching to senior executives. We provide services to both domestic & international companies based in the Czech Republic, and to international companies based in the Central Europe Region, and also the rest of Europe and globally through our partners at 33 St James’s.

Brichta & Partners are specialists in helping their clients to identify, evaluate and hire senior managers & seasoned executives, who are to be members of a company’s management team. Our expertise covers all sectors including FMCG, Pharma, Banking, Manufacturing, Financial and Professional Services. We also provide outplacement (transition management) services for senior executives, leadership development programmes, mentoring & coaching, and we help companies with other management and business issues arising from working in the CEE Region, Europe and throughout the world.

Our capabilities across the CEE Region: Brichta & Partners has Associate Partners throughout the Central and East Europe (CEE) Region, who are selected quality individuals with 'in country' expertise and who originally have been part of other search firms and now have their own consulting firms in their specific geography.
